Sebagai pelengkap lauk daging tadi, mcm tak syok takde sayur.. Saya satu keluarga kurang gemar makan sayur hijau.. ikut mood.. huhuuu.. tp cendawan memang paberet. Anak paling suka.. Dilengkapkan dgn tauhu agar seimbang dan bagi warna sikit supaya nampak meriah. Ok la.. tak tau nak bebel apa.. jamu la mata ye.. klau berani cuba la..hahahaha
Cendawan tiram 1bungkus
Tauhu 1 biji (potong nipis dan goreng)
Lada sulah
Garam secukup rasa
Air secukupnya
Bahan Tumbuk
1 biji bawang merah
1 biji bawang putih
1 sudu ikan bilis
Tumis bahan tumbuk sehinga naik bau, kemudian masukkan air. Setelah mendidih masukkan cendawan dan tauhu. Perasakan dengan garam dan lada sulah. Masak hingga cendawan lembut (bukan lembik ye)... jgn lama dlm 2-3 minit je.. Siap.. jemput la makan..
