Jumpa pulak pucuk labu ni kat pasaraya. Selalu susah nak cari.. kena pegi pasar besar. Pucuk ni rasa dia lemak dan sedap.. seakan-akan sayur bayam.. (untuk yang tak pernah makan la ye..)hehehe
Satu ikat Pucuk Labu
1/2 biji bawang besar (tumbuk)
1 biji bawang putih (tumbuk)
1 sudu ikan bilis (tumbuk)
1 cawan santan
1/2 helai daun kunyit
Garam secukup rasa
Masukkan santan, bahan tumbuk dan daun kunyit ke dalam periuk. Jika santan terlalu pekat tambahkan sedikit air. Panaskan sehingga mendidih. Masukkan sayur pucuk labu dan garam. Biarkan sehingga masak. Kacau sekali sekala agar santan tidak terbit minyak.
