Hari ni masak simple tapi sedap dan kenyang.. Tadi pegi beli barang-barang untuk tempahan kek, nampak pulak telur puyuh ni.. rasa macam dah lama tak makan.. mmm.. sedapnye kalau buat sambal. Jumpa pulak bua kuini, terus terpikir nak buat sambal belacan pastu lawan kan dengan masak lemak pucuk labu.. Layan la ye.. tak berapa nak sihat perut ni.. meragam dari malam tadi..huhuuu..
Untuk makan 2 orang ye..
Telur puyuh (satu box 20 pcs)
Bawang besar 2 biji (kisar)
Cili kering 10-15 biji (kisar) ikut selera sendiri ye
Belacan 1 inci
Bawang merah (hiris kasar)
Air asam jawa (2 sudu)
Garam
Gula
Rebus telur sampai masak, kopek dan ketepikan. Kisar bawang besar, cili kering dan belacan. Tumis bahan kisar hingga garing. Masuk air asam, garam dan gula. Masukkan telur dan bawang merah. Masak hingga kering.
