Baru dua ari lepas dah buat sambal tumis, so ari ni ubah sikit sebab susu cair masak nasi tadi ada berbaki.. so dari membazir basi dalam esbox, masukkan la dalam lauk. Senang je masaknye, bole la cuba buat tambah koleksi yang ada..;)
Udang sederhana 400gm
Cili Kering 8-10 biji
Belacan 1 sudu
Bawang besar 2 biji
Bawang putih 1 biji
Serai 1 batang
Susu Cair Ideal 1/2 cawan
Asam keping 2 kpg
Garam secukup rasa
Kisar belacan, bawang besar, bawang putih, cili kering dan serai. Tumis semua bahan kisar dan asam keping sehingga wangi dan garing. Masukkan udang dan perasakan dengan garam dan gula. Setelah sebati masukkan susu cair dan masak hingga kering. Done! ;)
